Paccheri with calamari and fresh cherry tomatoes

Ingredients
400 gr. Paccheri
3-4 small calamari
1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste.
80 gr. of chopped pistachios
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
White wine to taste.

Preparation
First clean the squid and cut them coarsely. In a saucepan, prepare the oil and the garlic clove divided in two and leave it to brown for a minute. Then pour in the squid and sauté them in the pan for a few minutes. Add salt to your liking. Deglaze with white wine, trying not to let everything dry out too much. If necessary, add a little water. At the end of cooking, add half chopped pistachios with the heat off. Cook the Paccheri in salted water, drain them al dente and sauté them in the calamari preparation. Once your delicious first course has been plated, arrange a sprinkling of chopped pistachios on each plate and serve hot.
